i)So,they follow their"ring leader".They also share leader's impropriety by joining her in resigning.
ii)H in H5 is indicative of Humans involvement in spoiling the birds with flu or otherwise.
iii)It was also indicated later that he never walked out but only caused his 'absence'. Reasons for absence may be anything including for bathroombreak !
iv)Itis US ploy for military add-up against China( What for US Nuc Agt. with India ?.. It is an open secret that it is more against China)
